Experience in a customer service role is essential. As the voice of the brand is it crucial that you are a confident communicator who would consider themselves a problem solver. 

The role is initially a temporary, who is looking for a temporary work or experience within the industry.  We like to think of ourselves as a fun team who is relatively relaxed and enjoys a pleasant environment.

  • Maintaining standards in store
  • Completing a weekly stock take
  • Processing deliveries and replenish stands in store
  • Action price changes
  • Work closely with the Elsie and Fred and Topshop team and provide updates and feedback
  • Support your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals

What we need from you:
  • Be a customer service ambassador for the brand
  • Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
  • Able to work off own initiative and be self-motivated
  • Be a role model for our brand with our personal presentation standards
  • Maintain store visual standards
  • To embody the Elsie & Fred DNA and be captivating, engaging, passionate.
