RETURNS
Please return your item using a signed for or tracked service as we are not responsible for your parcel arriving back to us
Please return your item using a signed for or tracked service as we are not responsible for your parcel getting lost en route to us. Once we receive your return it can take up to 5 working days to action. Once we have actioned the return you will then receive a notification via email that your return has been processed and your return is en route to you and/or has been refunded.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, we cannot refund it however this does not apply if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. We do not cover the cost of returning an item. If you feel your item is damaged or faulty in any way please email us on sales@elsieandfred.com and we can look into the matter. When returning an item the item must be in condition as new with tags and original packaging. If this is not the case we will not accept the return. If this does apply to you,  please send the item back with the returns form filled in, with name and order number. If you fail to do this we will not be able to identify you and your exchange or refund shall be delayed

Refunds (if applicable)
We can exchange an item free of charge however we are not responsible for the cost of sending the item back unless the item is damaged/faulty or we have made a mistake in the size sent. 

Refunds can take 3-5 days to be inspected and refunded so please allow for this, once refunded, the credit can take up to 5 working days to appear back into your bank/paypal account depending on your issuer. Once your exchange (if requested) has been processed you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is en route. If you have not heard anything after this period, please email us on info@elsieandfred.com
