We have changed our shipping solutions to get to Australia and you will be a-lot happier. We are now using DPD and so your parcels will arrive within 4-5 days with all nasty fees and handling fees. Fully trackable service door to door.
Please note these are guidelines. Items may take longer and may arrive quicker. Items ordered over a bank holiday and/or holiday period will take longer.

Discounted and Sale items are not eligible for return
You will receive a link within your order confirmation email for you to follow. You can also find it within 'MY RETURN' on the menu tab. Once we have actioned the return, you will then receive a notification via email that your return has been processed and has been refunded. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, we cannot refund it however this does not apply if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging with the original tags intact.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as earrings and underwear cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice sent with the item which will tell you the order number and platform in which you ordered it from)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it is then inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take up to 10 workings days to process your return once it has returned to us. Once it has been actioned you shall receive an email to let you know if the item has been refunded/rejected (due to item not returning in a resell-able condition)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is actioned. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
however please note refunds can take up to 10 days to process after we have received the item.
PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse payment to cover any customs duty and VAT if applicable in the receiving country, shipping costs will be deducted if the parcel is returned to us.
