Australia Shipping & Returns
Please note these are guidelines, items may take longer and may arrive quicker. If you think your item is far later than our guidelines, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Items ordered over a bank holiday and or holiday period will take longer.
Please return your item using a signed for or tracked service as we are not responsible for your parcel getting lost en route to us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, we cannot refund it however this does not apply if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. If you have any queries regarding this, please just email us or speak to us via live chat
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as earrings and underwear cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice sent with the item which will tell you the order number and platform in which you ordered it from)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com however please note refunds can take up to 5 days to process after we have received the item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
