Please note these are guidelines. Items may take longer and may arrive quicker. If you think your item is far later than our guidelines, please email us on and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Items ordered over a bank holiday and/or holiday period will take longer.

To our international family, orders entering any country not in the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes and handling fees. Unfortunately we have no control over this and cannot predict what they will be as they are levied by the country of import.

Taxes vary from country to country but it might be helpful to check on the tax threshold for your country before placing your order so that there are no surprises. Alternatively, contact our Customer Care team, and while they won't be able to tell you your exact predicted taxes, we may be able to help give an idea.

Please note, any orders returned to us due to the receiver refusing to pay the import taxes will be refunded minus the cost of carriage once the item has arrived back in our distribution centre.

Please return your item using a signed for or tracked service as we are not responsible for your parcel getting lost en route to us. Once we receive your return it can take up to 10 working days to action. Once we have actioned the return, you will then receive a notification via email that your return has been processed and has been refunded.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, we cannot refund it however this does not apply if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. If you have any queries regarding this, please email us or speak to us via live chat on our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging with the original tags intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as earrings and underwear cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice sent with the item which will tell you the order number and platform in which you ordered it from)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it is then inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take up to 10 workings days to process your return once it has returned to us. Once it has been actioned you shall receive an email to let you know if the item has been refunded/rejected (due to item not returning in a resell-able condition)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at however please note refunds can take up to 10 days to process after we have received the item. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse payment to cover any customs duty and VAT if applicable in the receiving country, shipping costs will be deducted if the parcel is returned to us.
