UK Returns: Returns Portal Please note that you will be charged a small fee, taken from the refund amount if you would like to use our returns service.
Outside the UK: You can find the returns portal in your confirmation email and in the MY RETURN tab. Once we receive your return it can take up to 10 working days to action. Once we have actioned the return you will then receive a notification via email that your return has been processed and has been refunded.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, we cannot refund it however this does not apply if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging with the original tag on.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as earrings and underwear cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
